What does Everbase work with?+
Your existing booking software — whatever you use — plus your Google Business Profile. Nothing to replace, nothing to migrate.
Do I need to switch booking software?+
No. Everbase runs alongside WellnessLiving, Mindbody, or whatever you already use for scheduling and payments.
What Google Business Profile access do you need?+
Manager access to your existing profile — we never ask for your Google account password, and you can revoke access at any time.
Who owns my data?+
You do. Reviews, leads, and messages stay attached to your Google Business Profile — Everbase reads and organizes them, it doesn’t take them with it if you leave.
What happens when the free period ends?+
Nothing converts to a paid plan automatically. Free access lasts until July 1, 2027; before it ends we give you at least 30 days’ notice, and you decide whether to choose a paid plan.
What does Everbase Beta Program cost?+
Nothing until July 1, 2027. The reference value is $299/month; you’re only charged if you choose a paid plan and agree to its price.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There’s no long-term contract — cancel whenever it stops being useful.
How long does setup take?+
Most studios are fully connected within a week — we handle the Google Business Profile setup, you approve the details.
Do you work with businesses beyond pilates and yoga?+
